The research of this laboratory is phytogeography and ecology: As the part of phytogeography we mainly use pteridophyte to investigate the distribution and origination of plant in Taiwan to analysis the plant resource on the point of view in the whole world. About plant ecology the main research of us is about local diversity and habitat reservation. We devote to natural resources sustainable utilization for many years in order to lower the conflicts between conservation and region development through ecotourism, environmental education and ecological engineering. The researches presently include dealing with the problems of population and hybridization of pteridophyte, participating the investigate of organisms resource in Taiwan. Furthermore we also devote to push the ecotourism in order to combine ecology and livelihood to get the opportunity of sustainable natural resources using.
