研究室簡介:植物解剖研究室

本研究室以種子植物為對象,進行構造與功能的相關研究。當今植物解剖學已結合了植物的構造與其發育、生理功能、以及生態與演化等相關課題,實為植物學研究領域中重要的一環。

1) 種子植物鈣結晶體的形態形成、生理功能、及其就生態及演化上的意義。

大部分的種子植物在正常生理狀況下,會形成固定形態的草酸鈣和碳酸鈣結石,本人藉著各種顯微分析技術與不同的培養實驗設計,來探討植物性體內形成鈣化合物過程中,微細構造及細胞化學的變化,藉以瞭解植物體內鈣化的機制和其所扮演的角色。

2) 種子植物正常材與反應材之生長應力與相關構造。

探討有關裸子與被子植物之莖部木材生長與發育過程中,生長應力與相關構造的變化,尤以當其處於逆境下之反應材的生成,以期進一步瞭解調控不同性質之木材生成的相關因子,此研究與林業試驗所木材利用系黃彥三博士之研究室合作,

3) 種子之構造與其休眠及發芽機制。

以台灣數種具經濟性之林木的種子為材料,探討其發育中種子形態形成中微細構造的變化,並探究影響其生理進而改變萌芽特性的相關因子,以期瞭解林木種子耐旱休眠性及其在生態上的意義。
